Information about our processing of your personal data regarding the Personal Data Act section 28
VisitMiddelfart handles personal information about you when you contact us per mail or letter. We also process personal information about you if you are a member of VisitMiddelfart, collaborate with us in projects or otherwise communicate with us about issues related to VisitMiddelfart and our work.

In accordance with section 28 of the Personal Data Act, we must inform you that we process personal information electronically only when required in order to process your inquiry, your affiliation or cooperation with us.
We process all personal data in relation to applicants for positions or employees, to allow us to manage your employment relationship or to establish an employment relationship.

The purpose of our data processing is to be able to safeguard your interests in accordance with our articles of association and to be able to provide you with tickets to, or information about changes of, products purchased via www.lillebaelt-waters.dk, to communicate with you regarding our mutual cooperation and to otherwise be able to carry out the administration that is necessary and typical for VisitMiddelfart's function.
The basis for processing personal data about you is Section 6 of the Personal Data Act. 1 point 2 b plus § / 7 pcs. 4th
The legal right to process your personal information upon application or employment in VisitMiddelfart is Section 6 of the Personal Data Act. 1 point 2 and § 7 paragraphs.
In addition, VisitMiddelfart has chosen to use your consent as a basis for processing your personal information. VisitMiddelfart does not disclose any information about you to others unless we are required by Danish law to do so. Personal information about you will be deleted when we no longer have any purpose in keeping them.
According to section 31, 32, 33, 34, 39 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to access and correct or delete personal data or restrict processing of information about you or to object to treatment.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the legality of treatment based on your consent prior to your withdrawal.
If you do not want VisitMiddelfart to process personal information about you which we manage in your connection to VisitMiddelfart, collaborate with us regarding projects or otherwise communicate with us about issues related to VisitMiddelfart and our work, then this may mean that you cannot maintain your affiliation with us or that our collaborative relationship must end.
If you do not want VisitMiddelfart to process personal information about you in connection with job application or during your employment, this may mean that your application for employment will not be considered, or that your employment will be terminated.
You can file a complaint with the Data Inspectorate if you find that VisitMiddelfart’s processing of your personal information is incorrect.
